replacement TT injectors come with purple tops? Funny, we ran across that several times while you were at Z1. You "scratched the head" on it before on several cars, Jeff Baumann for example (same situation. Lay off the drugs please. I guess you just forgot, just like you forgot how to tell the difference between a stock turbo and a Sport 500? Yes, all the new stock replacement OEM TT injectors come with purple tops, but they have a black dot on them. We see those come through at least once a week now. The 555cc's don't have the black dot. The black dot could be rubbed off by some unscrupulous seller, I am sure and it would be basically impossible to tell the difference from what I have seen.
